SWOT AND TOWS MATRIX ANALYSIS: A CASE STUDY ON BME LOGISTICS SDN BHD

Abstract

This research is regarding the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis carried out on a particular company, which is located in Sitiawan,Perak. In this research, the main subject that was selected was the company of BME LOGISTICS SDN BHD. The primary objective of this research is mainly to investigate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that regard to BME LOGISTICS SDN BHD. By carrying out the study, the application of SWOT analysis as a tool for strategic planning of the company can be observed. SWOT matrix analysis is particularly utilized in identifying both strengths and weaknesses that BME LOGISTICS SDN BHD has. Next, strategic planning that is suitable for the company is determined by the outcomes from TOWS Matrix diagnoses. There is a handful of suggestions along with recommendations based on the research findings.
