Abstract:
ISO 9001:2015 sets out necessities for a high quality management system wherever a
company, has to demonstrate its ability to systematically deliver product and services that
meet client needs and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Then, aims to
reinforce client satisfaction through the effective application of the system, as well as
processes for improvement of the system and therefore the assurance of conformity to
client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. All of those needs of ISO
9001:2015 are generic and are meant to be applicable to any organization, no matter its
kind or size, or the product and services it provides. ISO 9001:2015 helps businesses
and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. The
advantages of ISO 9001:2015 over the 2008 version are also offered by ISO: places
greater emphasis on leadership engagement. Helps in a structured way to address
organizational risks and opportunities.
