Abstract:
This research was conducted to identify the consumer
perspective of online business in Manjung, Perak. The objective
for this research is about factors that affect customers before
proceeding with any online business and the consumer
satisfaction in general on online business.The population of this
research is surrounding people area Manjung,Perak. Appropriate
amount of 384 respondents in main area Manjung,Perak using
the KREJCIE (1970).This research was conducted at several
shopping mall at Aeon Seri Manjung, Tesco, Billion supermarket
,park and others area in Manjung, Perak to get the respondents.
A total of 29 questions were developed by researchers to be
answered by the respondent which comprised of the
demographic questions, the factors that affect customer and
consumer satisfaction. The data were collected analyzed using
Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The
findings showed the majority of respondents prefer online
purchase because it makes it easier and save time. In additions,
the factor of customer services, quality of product, price and
safety of product also make respondents choice to this activity in
the future. However, must should be careful because cyber crime
will continue to be threatened if default.
