dc.description.abstract The aimed of this project is to develop the freshness level detection by manipulating the electrolysis method to obtain fresh fish easier. The changes of current flow and the pH level in marine product will affects the freshness level. The current flow and the pH level can shows the freshness level of the marine product. Thus, this product will provide sufficient information regarding on the freshness level of the marine product to the user. The advantages of using this sensor device are many for every situation. One of the advantages is that the device is able to perform on-site testing or in-situ testing. These sensors can work with variety of seafood products and can accurately indicate the freshness level of marine products. The process of determination of freshness of marine product is important because it can prevent the consumer from buying the imported fish that are over coat with acid to maintain artificial freshness. en_US
