dc.description.abstract This project is about the design of the UniKL Amphibian Research Crawler II which is to improvise the strength of the body chassis to withstand the external condition either the external load or the underwater sea condition. Since the previous design has no additional function, then this improvement design comes with accessories such as robotic arms. The study have been done by using modelling and finite element analysis software (Autodesk Solidworks 2015). From the sketching idea design, a design had been propose and by using analysis tools the stress, displacement and strain can be determine in the statics study. The improvement design are based on the earlier result until the final design produced. This model analysis material is based on the Aluminium 6061-T6 which is good for marine application. en_US
