Abstract: This study examines the determinants of employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCBs) among middle Malaysia level administrator employees of public universities sector organization in Malaysia. This study explored the role of trust (T) as a mediator on the relationship between servant leader variables including emotional healing, creating value for the community, conceptual skills, empowering, behaving ethically and helping subordinates grow and succeed, and employee OCBs. Moreover, emotional healing, empowering, behaving ethically, helping subordinates grow and succeed and putting subordinates first were significantly and positively related to trust, while creating value for community and conceptual skill was not significant and negatively related to trust.. Contribution, limitation and implication are discussed.
