Issue Date: 9-Dec-2019
Abstract: In order to collect quantitative data on the weather conditions of a place, Domestic Climate Analytics Cloud Based System are designed. Today, monitoring of the weather in an environment is seen by uncertain weather changes each day as being very important. This research attempts to make a Domestic Climate Analytics Cloud Based System accessible via the IoT platform via a website. Without having to go to the area, public can get inform about the weather changes in an area. As a microcontroller this model uses Arduino Uno that attached with Ethernet Shield. DHT11 sensor, Anemometer sensor and Light Dependent Resistor included to measure weather parameters such as temperature, humidity, light intensity and wind speed. The extraction of sensor measurement was done through coding using Arduino IDE software. PHPMyAdmin has been used as the database of the system. The data was uploaded to the cloud for analytics before it been displayed on the website. The website was constructed by using PHP programming. This website also contains 3 types of data representation which in the first page, the data of the current atmospheric condition displayed and it updated every 10 minutes. Second pages displayed the table of past atmospheric data and on the last page, the pages displayed the data in graph representation where the graph was in time versus temperature, humidity, wind speed or light intensity.
