Abstract: This research focused on the factor of virtual learning toward the user’s satisfaction in UniKL MIMET. The research relates to a level one undergraduate module delivered using traditional classroom method and virtual learning based methods. Virtual learning has been revealed in this research to have a positive perception of factor on users satisfaction which is can be achieved to the expectations of this research. The paper also examines the data for the presence of interaction factors that may be effects between the roles of VLE, hour time spending on VLE, student’s skill and knowledge and lastly learning delivery method have relate with the research toward the satisfaction of users. It is found that, after controlling for other factors, overall all group of female and male students are equally benefited majority of virtual leaning material counterparts. The methodology that was employed in this research was systematic random sampling for students under traditional study mode and purposive sampling in identification of all students in UniKL MIMET under the virtual learning study mode. It is concluded that in order to improve VLE performance and academic achievement will, higher education should consider aiming to development of virtual learning teaching and learning strategies that encourage greater engagement and also take into consideration the different learning styles found within the student mind set.
