Abstract: I would like to take this opportunity to express my deep sense of gratitude to all those people who was involved in my final year project. Firstly, I would like to give a special thanks and gratitude to my supervisor, Mr Amayrol bin Zakaria. His guide and advice had helped me to accomplish this project. Also thanks to my Co-Supervisor, Dr. Zulkarnain. Thank you for your understanding and support. I owe a deep sense of gratitude to my partner, Siti Nur Shauqiah and Nur Fariza Aida for the support and being a partner to go to Langkawi terminal and complete the research. Also, thanks to all my members for your helped and support during this Final year project report. It’s help me a lot. Thank you for support in every step during this research.
