Title: Development of Home Automation System (HAS) using Android Application Smartphone Application

Abstract: In today’s world, many advanced house systems have been expanded, but still have some disadvantages in term of the high cost and sometimes cannot be develop. This paper aims to implement a suitable prototype for designing home automation by controlling the home appliances. Has a user-friendly interface using an integrated system of hardware and software together with the android application as it replaced the remote control for simple home automation. This prototype can handle up to four devices at the same time. The main component of the prototype is Arduino microcontroller and connected to the relay circuit. The hardware components such as LED light, DC fan, and servo motor for sliding door and window, was utilized in develop the prototype. An android application is also advanced using Blynk Application. The project has been evaluated with do some previous work and experiments and the testing of the prototype was demonstrated that the circuit was an integrated, easy to use by using simple switching of simple home appliances. However, some limitation should be pay attention for further developments, which is use other devices such as WiFi, and other application that differently working systems such as iOS for people who are using the Apple devices.
