Abstract: Nowadays, monitoring system had made doctors easier to observe and collect a patient’s vitals, but there are not many choices for actual verbal communication for disable patients. The lack of communication between disable patient and his guardian may lead to misunderstanding. Here, this project will propose a smart, simple and effective way to solve this problem. This project is to develop a device that used hand motion as a message conveyor for disable. It will overcome the communication disabilities of paralyze patients by hand motion based message conveyor. By just push a button and tilt their hand to a certain angle, the message will be display on the LCD. Furthermore, this device provide an alert system for the guardian to aware every time the patient tilt the device. This will make a communication between the patient and guardian much more easier and effective.
