dc.description.sponsorship This paper investigates the engine performance with different bore size and ethanol blend on Si engine. A four stroke, one cylinder SI engine (type Honda EX5) was used for conducting this study. Experiment will be conducted to determine the best ethanol base from ethanol blend E0-E90 and 3 size of bore which is 50mm, 53mm, and 55mm using engine speed (2000 to 8000) with constant load of 1000W. The parameter been measured for the engine performance is brake power, break mechanical efficiency, specific fuel consumption and brake thermal efficiency. The result show cylinder block 53mm is producing the highest torque on this experiment rather then block 50mm and 55mm. E70 show more powerful combination and contribute more performance. In term of fuel consumption, blends of E70 show less consumption compare to other blends thus provided cost saving for daily operation. en_US
