Abstract:
Solar water heater system (SWHs) not too familiar in Malaysia and people in
Malaysia still not realize about the advantages of the usage. This research is present
to determine the market demand on SWHs in urban area of Malaysia (Shah Alam)
and the possible reason on why the growth of SWHs in Shah Alam is slow and low
in volume and last but not least to propose the marketing strategy to penetrate current
market of electrical water heater system (EWHs) usage among consumers. Survey
will be used on this research and the descriptive analysis to show results. The results
finding will suggest the marketing strategy to ensure business of SWHs is expand
widely around Malaysia.
