dc.description.abstract This research endeavors to address critical challenges in engineering education by focusing on the development of a comprehensive teaching aid model centered on Spill and Make-up Line in Closed Feed System. The objectives of this study are threefold: Firstly, to develop a model that intricately replicates the operational intricacies of the Spill and Make-up Line in a Closed Feed System; secondly, to simulate the mechanisms inherent in these lines, providing students with a dynamic and interactive learning experience; and thirdly, to ascertain the various components and circulations within the Spill and Make-Up Line in a Closed Feed System. The motivation behind this research stems from identified deficiencies in current educational tools, primarily characterized by the absence of robust simulation models capable of accurately mirroring closed feed systems' operations. This research seeks to address the first problem statement by providing an innovative model that enhances practical insights into these systems. Additionally, the study recognizes size and portability issues as a hindrance to effective learning, as the actual components of closed feed systems are often large and unwieldy. The second problem statement underscores the impracticality of these components and emphasizes the necessity for more accessible teaching aids. Lastly, the knowledge gap concerning closed feed systems and boiler technology serves as the third problem statement, accentuating the need for educational tools that facilitate a foundational understanding. Through a meticulous examination of these problem statements, this research aims to contribute to the improvement of engineering education by providing an effective, portable, and knowledge-enriching instructional tool for students grappling with the complexities of Spill and Make-up Line in Closed Feed Systems. en_US
