dc.description.abstract These days, everyone is concerned about security, whether it is the protection of their own home or their data. Digital door locks are now widely used due to the development of technology and the growing IoT. This project aims to develop a smart door lock system utilizing a Raspberry Pi and leveraging digital door lock technology. This system integrates three distinct authentication methods: RFID cards through RFID readers, facial recognition employing OpenCV libraries, and personal identification numbers (PINs) entered via a keypad on the screen. This multi-modal approach empowers users to select their preferred authentication method for gaining access through the door, providing flexibility and heightened security. The Raspberry Pi serves as the central control unit orchestrating these authentication processes, offering a comprehensive and customizable solution for smart and secure entry management. In conclusion, the project delivers enhanced convenience, security, and safety to users through the implementation of a smart door lock system. The integration of RFID card authentication, facial recognition via OpenCV, and PIN entry on a keypad allows users to choose the most convenient and secure method for accessing doors. This comprehensive approach not only offers flexibility but also reinforces the safety measures, providing an advanced and user-friendly solution for secure entry management. en_US
