Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the
effectiveness of quality management system iso 9001 principles in Sapura
Fabrication Yard, Lumut. The first goal of this research is to investigate the
factors affecting the effectiveness of quality management system iso 9001
principles and the second is to determine the relationship between the factors
and the effectiveness of quality management system iso 9001 principles in
Sapura Fabrication Yard, Lumut. The data will be gathered through a series of
questions. The data is analysed using SPSS software, descriptive analysis
(mean and standard deviation), and Pearson correlation. This research will be
beneficial to the whole of Sapura Fabrication Yard, Lumut organisation.
