dc.description.abstract As a result of the fast expansion of industries in today's world, a rising number of boilers are being utilised in the course of various industries, manufacturing, and other activities. Because of the growing demand for boilers, it is also essential to take into account the effectiveness and performance of the boiler to achieve the highest possible output and to use it over a prolonged period of time without incurring any damage or experiencing any disruptions. This report is mainly focused in work of project to refurbished gauge glass blowdown equipment. Boiler operators can visually assess the right water level within the boiler by using glasses called boiler water gauge glasses. The construction of a boiler gauge is rather straightforward, yet it is highly reliable. It is common practise to install additional water level measurement equipment. Single tube designs are utilised for low pressure boiler gauges, whilst double plate designs are implemented for usage in environments with greater pressures and temperatures. en_US
