Abstract:
This chapter gives the introduction of this project which explains the details about
RO-RO ferry facilities toward customer satisfaction from Langkawi, Kedah,
Malaysia. This project was conducted in seventeen weeks which the time
provided to finish this project. This chapter will explain more in an overview of
background information, an assertion of the problem and research objectives. On
the other hand, research questions, the significance of the study and organization
of the study are presented.
