THE SATISFACTION OF TOURISTS AT PANGKOR ISLAND IN TERMS OF FOOD, SOUVENIRS AND ATTRACTIONS.

Abstract

Tourism can be described as an important element in the development of a country. However, island tourism is fast becoming famous among tourists and it is currently at the center of international public interest. Island tourism development in Malaysia can be divided into several zones. The east coast of Peninsular Malaysia can be split into two archipelagos of islands namely the north region and the southern region. This study was conducted to identify the satisfaction of tourists in terms of food, souvenirs and the attractions at Pangkor Island, Perak. The attractions are including the facilities, environment and water sport activities provided Pulau Pangkor, Perak.
