Abstract:
This project entitled “Plastic Recycle Machine” focuses on innovation and
development in fabrication of product in order to utilize the function of the end
product of this product which is the filament wire plastic that can be used in 3D
printer or another use for another purpose. This report describes the overview of
the type’s shredder and the cylinder with cone machine to shred the plastic
recycle, how the shredder and the cylinder with cone machine function to shred
the plastic recycle such as plastic toy, and outcome of works done by the
shredder machine and the cylinder with cone machine produce which is the
filament wire plastic from the recycle things such as the plastic toy that have
been done by the students of the Final Year Project for Diploma Engineering
Ship Construction and Maintenance. This project is being considered to help
minimize and optimize the time for the user to replace the filament wire plastic
and also can reduce the time for work and running the 3D printer smoothly. The
main feature of this product fabrication of the machine is too easy for the
workers to handle and wait until the trash of the plastic come out and will get a
new filament wire plastic. The characteristic of the product is high in strength of
material, easy to use and eco-friendly. The objective of the product is to
fabricate a product that can be used to solve problems to the workers and easy
to handle.
