dc.description.abstract Environmental impact on the behaviour of employees is not a new issue. Moreover, it is clear that factors of environmental may impact the behaviour and actions of an employee. Physical conditions such as brightness , temperature, noise and other conditions that may interfere with the comfort to work and psychological factors such as feelings of isolation and control the work environment has a close relationship with productivity gains and employee behaviour itself . Other factors such as the schedule of working hours and safety conditions in the workplace also plays an important role in determining the behaviour that contributed to the performance of an employee. Thus, this study will look into the relationship between these environmental factors affect the behaviour of employees. en_US
