THE COMPETENCIES OF THE RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON THE BUSINESS SUCCESS IN THE TOURISM AREA MANJUNG DISTRICT PERAK

Abstract

This research attempted to analyze the factor that is affecting business success of the rural entrepreneurs in the tourism area of Manjung District, Perak. These factors are entrepreneurial attributes, skills and training and external business environment. The intention of this research is to provide the understanding on how the rural entrepreneurs should start, operate and sustain the performance of business by looking the entire factor that affecting the business success, hence help to reduce the risks of failure and increase chances of success. The theoretical framework has been drawn out and questionnaire was designed based on factors chosen.
