dc.description.abstract	Competitiveness is the vital thing in maritime world. With the increasing number of shipyard, they need to compete with each other in order to sustain in maritime industry. Competitiveness is a factor that may contribute towards shipyard organization that helps them to survive in the industry. The aim of this paper is to examine the competitiveness of two shipyard organization in terms of management approach. The two shipyards had been chosen as the sample to conduct this research. The two shipyard organizations are MTU Sdn Bhd and Grade One Sdn Bhd. The total sample for this research is 68 correspondent which 36 correspondent came from MTU Sdn Bhd and another 32 came from Grade One Sdn Bhd.	en_US
