Abstract:
Constructing new mould from an existing boat is no longer a new in boatbuilding process. By repairing the existing boat that used to be a rescue boat for KL PAUS, follow up with the hand lay-up operation, the new mould can be produced.
This project focuses on constructing a new mould from and existing boat. The method used to accomplish this objective is by using hand lay-up operation. As the result, the mould can be constructed in a good condition.
Boat building process required a great skill in order to produce a good product.
