THE REGIONAL ANALYSIS OF SAFETY AWARENESS TOWARDS FISHERMAN IN SELANGOR

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to study the Regional Analysis on Safety Awareness towards Fisherman in Selangor, Malaysia. The research is aimed to know what the influencing factors that cause an increase in the rate of accidents among fishermen and the impacts towards fisherman based on the new implemented convention in the future. Hence, the main task of this thesis is to see this how well the standard works for fisheries. If this thesis can be successfully carried out, it will expose to the public on how to start a good sequence of work in order to comply the Standard of Training Certification and Watchkeeping Fisherman (STCW-F) in the right time and more efficiently.
