THE STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WATER QUALITY AND THE PRODUCTION OF BARNACLES USING MARINE GRADE STEEL

Abstract

On these past years, shipping industries has been increasing dramatically by the whole world. This research is a study about the relationship between water quality and the growth rate of barnacles using marine grade material as the medium. The water quality examined base on several parameters; pH, dissolved oxygen, salinity and nitrate phosphate. This study focus in three selected locations which are UniKL MIMET Slipway, Damar Laut seashore and Lumut Port.
