Abstract: This study was conducted to determine effectiveness mentor mentee program that can influence academic performance in UNIKL MITEC. The researches have 30 respondents from January semester of probation student in diploma which is 20 male and 10 female. A survey was conducted by using a questionnaire for information gathering about different problem relating to academic performance of students. Bar chart, pie chart and evaluation program forms were applied to determine the effectiveness mentor mentee program. There is various reason why student being probation student. Some of them, they will stated as probation student once only and the upcoming semester mostly their results are better than before. But, for the student who keep maintaining the same status in upcoming semester even though lots of program has been and being conducted. So there is research has been rise up to do analysis about the effectiveness of mentor mentee program toward improving probation student performance. From this research, we wants to know why the students are still maintaining their status as probation student and does the mentor mentee programmed is being good enough for them to improve their current academic level. By this research, we will know what actually the probation students are expecting from the programs and their satisfaction toward the program. Subsequently, this research can help to find what else can be improved in those programs to attract the students to attend the programs for their academic improvement.
