This report, provided by the author, was written about the Momoto K200 engine. The Momoto K200 engine was originally used to power naked-bikes and also go-karts. The engine utilized a single-cylinder with a displacement of 199 cm3. It is a 4-stroke engine and used a carburetor as its fuel metering system. Basically, the Momoto K200 engine can produce a maximum power of 13.8 kW at 9,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 16.5 kW at 7,000 rpm. The Momoto K200 engine was not design to be utilized on small aircraft. In this report, the author had done some tests onto the engine to check the performance parameters of the engine. The author did these tests in order to know whether the engine was powerful enough to be utilized on small aircrafts such as paramotors and also trikes. Basically, the author did perform the tests and record the output data of the engine. After collecting data, the author compared the data with present light aircrafts. Some discussions done to explain and troubleshoot any problems arise throughout the project in one-year time. After the project done, the author can conclude that the project was a semi-successful project due to only some results were available. Besides that, one of the sensors being used in the project was not functioning.en_US
