metadata.fyp.dc.description.abstract: The use of Sugarcane Juice Extractor Machine is growing rapidly throughout Malaysia. To meet the growing demand that exactly change time by time, the researcher narrow down the focus to find out and identify what are the current demands of this machine to the Sugarcane Juice hawker around Seri Alam and Masai area. In this study, QFD methodology is used in translating the Voice of The Customer to the product which is the Sugarcane Juice Extractor Machine. Using a descriptive questionnaire and interviews, the researcher will identify the items that become highly priority to the customer based from the quality dimensions. After this step, with customer requirements and technical details, which is matched with, are put in the house of quality (HoQ). Fallowing this step, the relationships, correlation and important weighting are taken place in the house. Finally, the design of the new Sugarcane Juice Extractor Machine will be shown using SolidWorks software which in turn may fulfill overall customer satisfaction of a the product.
