Safety is an important element in an industrial warehouse. While many find its cause and ways to reduce it, not many have really found the right way to minimize accidents in their warehouse. The number of accidents still increases annually. Every warehouse has to comply with the safety policy. But how effective is the policy towards one company. The safety policy helps to keep the warehouse safe and prevent accidents in the warehouse. The more effective the safety policy, the minimum accidents happened in the warehouse. There are several factors that effects the policy for example, the employee’s attitude and the equipment factors. If these factors fail, so will the policy. This means that the policy is not effective towards the warehouse. This research shows what causes accidents in a warehouse and how often the accidents happened in a selected warehouse. By using by using statistical method; ANOVA, t-test, comparative study and other statistical method, it analyzes the factors affecting the policy and determines the effectiveness of the safety policy that is used by a warehouse.en_US
