Abstract: Firstly, this research focus on the factors that impede the utilization of Halal Logistics services among SME in Southern Johor, Malaysia. Final project emphasis on what the barriers that exist in SME companies in which until now still have companies that are not used properly Halal Logistics. This project was examining in detail the problems that occur at present. This is because Malaysia will become a hub in the use of Halal including Halal Logistics. In the same time, non-Muslims have adapted to eat Halal food. As result, this research has several recommendations from the factors that impede the utilization of Halal Logistics services. The alternative solution such as increase the awareness among SME companies can get a good result about the utilization of Halal Logistics services. In the other recommendation, the government also should be more alert about that factor because as we know, Malaysia wants to be a Halal Hub. Ultimately, this research finding also provide insights to the practitioners of the importance to be innovative in creating more Halal logistics services to fulfil the growing demand of the Halal products.
