This research studies the issues in providing an i-999 rescue notification system (IRNS), which deploys location based technology that will detect the location of a sender and mapped it with the Google map Geocoding API to verify whether the location is exist. The system enables the user to send the information about the emergency case through mobile application and will escalate it to appropriate service agencies based on location of sender which means the nearest service agency will be selected. This system also provided the information about the case together with the incident place to the service agencies. In addition, the research shows that IRNS has several advantages over current emergency services.en_US
