metadata.fyp.dc.description.abstract: Firstly, the idea that I can to make my study on tensile strength is from my supervisor, Sir Yusri Dahdi. The title of the research is Tensile Strength Experiment On Cone-To-Cone. It is because, my supervisor as a Turbine Engine and Piston Engine lecture, he knows the understanding of this subject ,beside this is his Master project at UPM. So, that why I do this research to know and build the mock up of the cone-to-cone. We know that the tensile strength of the one component is different of their energy. So every part of the aircraft, it use the composite technology to build the structure. The composite have a lot of different energy depends on their type. In that case, the absorption energy that the different material can be absorption is different. The first step of my research is I investigate or identify the problems of the research. After that, I study the literature study to know better about the composite. Then after I got what I want, I made the draft first before I build the master mock up of cone-to-cone. After I got the result of the absorption energy, I analyze the result. So, I hope that this research will act as guides to the entire of UniKL MIAT student especially to our junior for their better understanding of the composite material and tensile strength of different material.
