If there is a curving road, building or anything that block their vision where that mans cannot see or hear to each other, then the possibility of communication will be misinterpreted is larger. Therefore, this project will be the solution for all that inconvenience matter. This project will transmit accurate information anytime and anywhere. This project may reduce danger or hazard to a man with a flag and indirectly manpower can be reduced. Portable traffic lights system is the answer for all that inconvenience matter.
