Magneto-rheological elastomers (MREs) can be use as actuator because the MREs are soft material and flexible material. L. C. Davis (1999), say the Magneto-rheological elastomers are soft actuators which generate stress or displacement when heat, an electric field or magnetic field is applied to soft and flexible intelligent materials responsive to such external stimuli. Magneto-rheological elastomers (MREs) are such types of soft intelligent materials and are responsive to magnetic fields. Therefore, the magneto-rheological elastomers (MREs) Fan have a potential to be a good option as an electronic cooling system. In order to develop MRE based Flapping wing system using Matlab, the optimal control system need to be develops to control the deflection. In this research, PID controller must be design because when use PID controller which it is combining the PI controller and PD controller to improve both steady-state error and transient response for a system. Without PID controller, the value of power can change automatically due different of current. So this system can get the fix value automatically and efficiency is improved.en_US
