Abstract: Basically, nowadays, car manufacturers all over the world are trying to overcome the problem of a global warming by introducing numbers of innovation on their products such as UV resistant coated glass panel, auxiliary ventilation system, automatic climate control system which is bound with the car air conditioning A/C system, UV cutaway tinted film, and also the crystal molecules based tinted layer system. However with an extreme climate nowadays, some of the products are working effectively and some of them are not so effective to overcome the problem that exists especially in a tropical weather country like Malaysia. TempaTronic Heat Management System is actually concern about the way in removing the trapped heat inside the vehicle by actually sucking it out from the vehicle interior and flow it through an outlet pathway from the vehicle interior. Removing the trapped heat inside the vehicle is not so effective by just blowing it because by doing this, the heat will just keep on circulating and at the end, the energy (heat) will increase and the temperature will become higher thus making the interior of the vehicle become hotter since there is no exit for the heat. The intelligent User Interface Unit which is also the ‘brain’ for the entire system will monitor the temperature level inside the vehicle by means of heat sensing device known scientifically as ‘thermistor’. Once the readout temperature level exceeds the lower setpoint value, the User Interface Unit will then regulate the operation of the blower fan (in this project known as suction fan) automatically and once the temperature level had decreased lower than the minimum setpoint value, the User Interface Unit will again automatically disengage the operation of the suction fan. The main switch is also provided in order to allow the user to switch off the system whenever he or she needs to leave the vehicle for a few days
