metadata.fyp.dc.description.abstract: As an institute of Product Design and Manufacturing yet its tag line “ Where Knowledge is Applied”, this report ‘s author is realized that it is important to have an actual product to be used as a study module for further learning. This report explains about the methodology for the whole project especially in fabrication of the solar wafer dryer product and also solar cell process, which consists of the process from the very beginning until the solar wafer can produce electricity. The result was performed by doing the trial process at the Solar Lab at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, (UKM). By using this new product, the drying process cycle time is actually being reduced and the efficiency of the process were increased drastically whish satisfy the company requirement. This project can be used as a guideline for those who solely liked to develop or produce new product using the concept of Solar Wafer Dryer product. Besides that, this project is best for a guide line on how to prepare report in order to get good result.
