dc.description.abstractMRO tasks are the critical maintenance tasks in the aviation industry. Maintenance personnel would need to be very careful in order to complete the tasks correctly. With that, the use of aircraft maintenance manual (AMM) as a major reference should be improve by having visual aids such as digital manual that will consist of dynamic images such as video, animation and graphics. Maintenance job and human error often related to aircraft crashes and accident. Some of the factor is regarding the aircraft maintenance manual (AMM). The use of new generation of AMM had been developed known as digital manuals for aircraft maintenance. Through the implementation of digital manuals in to performing MRO tasks in aviation industry, the weaknesses of aircraft maintenance manual may be improve and MRO job can be prevented from human error. The development of digital manuals may be helpful in order to have better tasks time completion by decreasing the time required to performed tasks. Besides, digital manual also will lead to a better task performance by reducing errors and increasing task correctness level.en_US
