An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone is an aircraft without a human pilot on board. Its flight is either controlled autonomously by computers in the vehicle,or under the remote control of a navigator, or pilot (in military UAVs called a Combat Systems Officer on UCAVs) on the ground or in another vehicle. There are a wide variety of drone shapes, sizes, configurations, and characteristics. Historically, UAVs were simple remotely piloted aircraft, but autonomous control is increasingly being employed. They are predominantly deployed for military applications, but also used in a small but growing number of civil applications, such as firefighting and nonmilitary security work, such as surveillance of pipelines. UAVs are often preferred for missions that are too 'dull, dirty, or dangerous' for manned aircraft. The purpose of this project is to design and manufacture an unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) using parafoil wing. This project require to design and manufacture fuselage and vectoring thrust mechanism. This report is the final report for the fuselage design and manufacture. These UAV is designed to have some modification in its flight control system. The usage of vectoring thrust is apply in this project to create an alternative control rather than using mechanical linkage. There are two main sections in the following: UAV design and manufacture. In the design part, mechanical system in vectoring thrust are elaborated including the material selection on these UAV construction. In the manufacture part, a practical industrial process – milling, bending and forging are implemented. The method to conducting this project is literature review, flow chart, and data analysis. Data analysis will be collected by using finite element method.en_US
