V with rotating wing is an aircraft configuration that uses a simple cross-flow fan mounted in the wing to provide distributed propulsion and augmented wing lift at very low flying speeds. The concept here is we are following Mr. Patrick Peebles ideas which he did patent, which he named “Aerodynamic Lift Generating Device”. The good slow flight capability, inherent safety and relatively quiet propulsion of the UAV with rotating wings rotorcraft could fit well in urban areas for any surveilence task or even for any inspection. A comparison with aircraft and helicopters showed that the recent developments of the UAV with rotating wings concept could now uniquely offer short-field performance close to that of helicopters and tilt-rotor aircraft, but with operating economies close to that of conventional aircraft. This concept is going to be something which most of the people will be thinking, “Can this thing really fly?” but at the end of the day we will prove and make everyone think “Why didn’t I thought of something like that?”en_US
