Title: Study Of Pipeline Process Construction On Late Delivery Case Study @ SAJ Holdings

Abstract: Water is the most important in human daily life which that we need water to drink to, bath, to clean and to cooking. SAJ Holdings is the organization that responsible to provide quality water in Johor state. The aim is to continuously satisfy customer and stakeholder with delivering quality services to become world class water utility provider. In 20th August 2010, SAJ Holdings have constructed the pipeline construction project to improve the quality of water supply in Kota Tinggi area. There is four (4) construction project of pipeline construction including KT 7 from Taman Anggerik to Felda Simpang Inas, KT 8 from Felda Simpang Inas to Booster Stations, KT 9 from Bandar Tenggara Tang to Simpang Felda Sungai Sibol and KT 10 from Tangki Bukit Besar 1 to DMZ Felda Bukit Besar. The pipeline process construction is been late to complete at the given time. This research has been conducted to indentify the pipeline process activity at the construction site to determine the factor that influences the late completion of the pipeline construction. Researcher has conducting the interview with the project manager to determine the factor that affected the pipeline construction to be finish on time. By using Ishikawa Diagram to determine the factor influence the late completion of the pipeline construction, researcher will improve the construction duration by eliminating unnecessary activity.
