Abstract: A Ro-Ro vessel is a type of marine transportation designed to transfer both freight and passengers from one area to another. Ro-Ro vessel transport wheeled cargo or cargo loaded with wheeled equipment, with cargo capacity measured in lane meters. Standard cargo includes vehicles, roll trailers, and cassettes storing forest products, as well as single and double-stacked containers. This mode of transportation is used for short-haul cargo between urbanized areas and the confined sea, bay, strait, and offshore islands. The objectives of this research were to investigate the current intermodal link contributes to the successful of Ro-Ro service and to determine the relationship between intermodal link and Ro-Ro service at North Port Klang. Data collection is used online questionnaire by five Likert scale questionnaire and be analyzed by using descriptive analysis and Spearman Correlation Analysis methods. The questionnaire is distributed among the workers in North Port Klang. The questionnaire collects respondents’ demographic information, contribution of current intermodal link and relationship between intermodal link and the successful of Ro-Ro service. As a conclusion, the intermodal link factor has a positive correlation with RoRo operation in North Port Klang, Malaysia, according to the findings. As a result, the two variables have a modest relationship in this study.
