dc.description.abstract | The graphic-based process simulation package can be used to help the users to perform heat and mass balance simultaneously. The accurate value of those can be produced by selecting an appropriate thermodynamic package. It is simulation software, which the users need to specify the basic information first, such as operating parameters, chemicals, and unit operations involved in the design. This book aims to help users with no or little experience in using the process simulation software to design a suitable chemical plant. This also can be used as a reference or a textbook for students in chemical engineering or chemical engineering technology for Design Project module. However, users must familiarise first with the fundamental principle of the unit operations, and the calculations involved in the process design. | en_US |
