metadata.fyp.dc.description.abstract: This paper provide an open solution on method to integrate two different controller by different manufacturers to become as one integration system which will then monitor by SCADA. This paper also focus on to mix two different industrial controller on the same system or software that had been choose precisely to avoid communication error whereby LabVIEW used as HMI for SCADA.PLC and Arduino is a controller that will transfer the traffic light 4 junction system data to the HMI. The integration system is realized by using wireless devices to enable the wireless data transmission. The transceiver circuit is connected to Arduino at designated pin and the PLC via RS232. IoT Technology used in this project to supervise and monitor all the operation of multiple 4 junctions’ traffic light system and store the traffic light data in cloud storage with the use of Adafruit IO Website storage.
