Abstract: Nowadays, losing key is one of the most common unsolved problem among the community. Even some, they have left their key in the home and lead to fear for the whole day due to thieves. So, to overcome this problem, we have proposed and developed a new technology which is known as Development of NFC Based Door Entry and Alarm System. The objective of this project is to give access only to a particular person using a NFC device. This is to practice a simple effective technology where the user can communicate from the NFC ring, by scanning it to the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in a short distance. But this technology give access to only registered devices where it will tight the security of the house. Every NFC ring has its own unique identification number (UID). So, when we scan the NFC ring, the information sent to the Arduino Uno. When a correct UID received, the RFID will alert, and it will make the servo motor to rotate. The servo motor is used to pull the door latch which is as an automatic access and the alarm will trigger. When a wrong UID scanned, there will be an error occurred where the servo motor does not rotate, and the alarm does not trigger. This means the access denied. Thus, it can only give access to only one user from a nearest distance. This results and the testing of the proposed system is effectively matched with the requirements for the NFC based door entry and alarm system. Finally, this technology is useful and more secure to use by the community. This technology surely workable as most of them are prone to the technology.
