Abstract: This study is about kaizen implementation in an oil and gas company and whether it is related to the logistics operations performance of the company. Kaizen is a philosophy that emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement, which is usually focused on cooperation and commitment. The problem is about logistics operation when the cost is increasing and also about performance such as limited awareness and inadequate support. So that, the objective for this study is to determine the awareness level of Kaizen implementation in an oil and gas company, and also to identify the impact of Kaizen implementation in an oil and gas company. This study was conducted at UPECA Technologies Sdn Bhd by distributed questionnaire survey to their employees which is selected by using Stratified Random Sampling and the data was analysed by using SPSS Software. The objectives were met when the level of awareness identified was high and Kaizen implementation do make a different to logistics operation performance.
