Abstract: These study about the Perception of Business Management of Small and Medium enterprises (SMEs) at 2 Districts in Perak. Moreover, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia have contributes a very important in the Malaysia economy. Furthermore, SMEs may help citizen to get local product easily and affordable. Nowadays, SMEs represent an important business industry in the development of the national economy. SMEs also can be encourages by any business activities in urban or rural areas. SMEs can provide many opportunity towards entrepreneurs particularly in the Malaysia fisheries industry. In addition, SMEs can produce many successful entrepreneurs and increase the income turnover every year. There are two objectives of this study are to review the perception towards the factors of business failures among SMEs enterprises and to examine the potential of marketing management of in small and medium industry entrepreneurs in fisheries industry. This study was conducted to the SMEs entrepreneurs from 2 districts in Perak.
