dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to overview the ergonomics risk factors in workplace area. The objective is to give a basic introduction and clear definition of ergonomic.Ergonomics can be defined simply as the study of work. Other than that, ergonomics in science was related with movement worker or physically forcing the worker bodies during their do their job.. Adapting tasks, work stations, tools, and equipment to fit the worker can help reduce physical stress on a worker’s body and eliminate many potentially serious, disabling work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The research to identify ergonomics risk factors that may cause harm to management staffs at UNIKL MIMET. Ergonomics always occurs to employees without them being aware. If it is not prevented from the beginning of the ergonomics problem as well as the rate of patients involving musculature salvaged disorder will increase from time to time. A set of questionnaires will be developed to be distributed over the management staffs at UniKL MIMET. Several elements have been taken into measure to identify the ergonomics risk of workplace. There is a four factor of the question which is biomechanical, environment, organizational factors and the effectiveness factors that can reduce ergonomics.en_US
