Abstract: The aimed of this project is to develop a hybrid mini vehicle controller that can be used in air and underwater environment. The basic concept technologies are based on Quad copter and Autonomous Underwater Vehicle system. Simple SP Racing F3 is the platform used to control the operation involved. The body frame is made from thermoplastic. It provides light weight and water resistance characteristics. There are two main operation concept involved in this project, first is the transition of vehicle from air to underwater and vice versa.The potentials of this product are, the characteristic of Exocotidae involving air to underwater environment has never been implemented before in the system and commercialize in the market. For that, it has a bright future for the product development and production.
