Abstract: Generally, wave energy is used as a renewable energy which is widely used in human life. This wave energy converter (WEC) concept starts from the kinetic energy generated by the wave movement converted into electricity as a new energy that is used in everyday life. The main problem from the previous are this system also the cost to developed the WEC is high, need a lot of complex machine, the system is complicated and difficult to service and repair, low technologies to stabilize the output because of the fluctuated movement of the wave itself. The new technologies must able to solve the output voltage in order to help communities. So that this WEC will produce stabilize of output voltage due to the fluctuated of wave movement.
